On June 26, 2022, in the 2nd Week of Pentecost, All Saints who have shone on the Russian land, Metropolitan Veniamin of Minsk and Zaslavl, Patriarchal Exarch of All Belarus, performed the rite of great consecration and Liturgy at the Cathedral of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Molodechno.
His Eminence was co-served by: Archbishop John of Brest and Kobrin, Archbishop Anthony of Grodno and Volkovysk, Bishop Pavel of Molodechno and Stolbtsi, Bishop Seraphim of Bobruisk and Bykhovsky, Bishop Leonid of Turov and Mozyr, Bishop Porfiry of Lida and Smorgon, Bishop Ignatius of Polotsk and Glubokoe, Bishop Ambrose of Svetlogorsk, Vicar of Gomel Diocese , Bishop George of Pinsk and Luninetsky, Bishop Eusebius of Slutsk and Soligorsk.
The archpastors were served by Archpriest Andrey Volkov, Secretary of the Minsk Diocese Archimandrite Athanasius (Sokolov), rector of the Minsk Theological Academy, deans and clergy of the Molodechno diocese, as well as invited guests in holy orders.
The deaconess rank was headed by Protodeacon Vladimir Nazarov.
During the divine service, special prayer were made for the restoration of peace.
The sermon before Communion was delivered by the rector of the church of the Holy Reverend Euphrosyne of Polotsk, Archpriest Viktor Peregudov.
The Patriarchal Exarch donated to the cathedral an icon of the Mother of God “Skoroposlushnitsa” and one of the altar Gospels given by His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia for the newly consecrated churches of the Belarusian Exarchate. Bishop Pavel of Molodechno and Stolbtsi, thanked Metropolitan Veniamin and all those people who were presented for their joint prayer and congratulated him on a significant event in the life of the diocese. Then Elena Ivanovna Radchenko, Deputy Commissioner for Religious and Ethnic Affairs addressed the audience with a welcoming speech.
Then the Head of the Belarusian Orthodox Church congratulated the communicants on receiving the Holy Mysteries of Christ and gave them all an archpastoral blessing.
