At midnight on January 7, 2023, on the feast of the Nativity of our Lord God and Savior Jesus Christ, Bishop Pavel of Molodechno and Stolbtsi led the Divine Liturgy in the Assumption Cathedral of the city of Molodechno.
His Eminence was co-served by: Secretary of the Molodechno Diocese Archpriest Vitaly Bogdanenok, economist of the Molodechno Diocese Archpriest Vyacheslav Vabishevich, cathedral clerk Archpriest Alexander Popov, clergy of the cathedral.
The deacon’s rank was headed by Deacon Dmitry Yatsenko.
After a special litany, a prayer was offered for the Belarusian people and a prayer against the spread of coronavirus infection.
Archpriest Vitaly Bogdanenok read out the Christmas Message of Metropolitan Veniamin of Minsk and Zaslavsky, Patriarchal Exarch of All Belarus.
After the prayer of the intercession, Vladyka Pavel and his fellow clergy performed the rite of glorification of the feast of the Nativity of Christ.
Then the ruling bishop congratulated the clergy and parishioners of the cathedral on the feast of the Nativity of Christ and addressed the audience with a word of edification.
In conclusion, Bishop Pavel congratulated the communicants on receiving the Holy Mysteries of Christ and gave the worshippers an archpastoral blessing.
