On October 9, 2022, on the day of the memory of St. Tikhon, Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia, Bishop Pavel of Molodechno and Stolbtsi held the Divine Liturgy in the church of St. Tikhon in Vileika.
His Grace was co-served by: Secretary of the Molodechno Diocesan Administration Archpriest Vitaly Bogdanenok, dean of the Vileysky church district Archpriest Vyacheslav Vabishchevich, rector of the church Priest Vyacheslav Peshko.
The deacon’s rank was performed by Deacon Dmitry Yatsenko.
After a special litany, a prayer was offered for the Belarusian people and a prayer against the spread of coronavirus infection.
The sermon before communion was done by Priest Vyacheslav Peshko.
After the dismissal of the Divine Liturgy, Vladyka Pavel and the clergy serving him performed a procession, glorification of the feast and consecration of a memorial stone in honor of St. Tikhon.
At the end of the service, Bishop Pavel congratulated the parishioners on the patronal feast and addressed words of edification.
Vladyka Pavel congratulated the communicants on receiving the Holy Mysteries of Christ and gave them all an archpastoral blessing.
