On September 10, 2023, in the 14th Week of Pentecost, Bishop Pavel of Molodechno and Stolbtsi led the Divine Liturgy and prayer service before the beginning of any good deed in the St. Euphrosyne Church in Ivenets.
His Grace was co-served by: Archpriest Sergiy Lepin, dean of the Rakovsky Church District, Archpriest Alexander Martinchik, dean of the Stolbtsov Church District, Archpriest Viktor Peregudov, rector of the St. Euphrosyne Church.
During the service, the chairman of the Belarusian Union of Artists, Gleb Anatolyevich Otchik, and the participants of the international art plein air “Svyatast zyamli Belaruskai” prayed.
The deacon’s rank was headed by Deacon Dmitry Yatsenko.
After a special litany, a prayer was offered for the Belarusian people and a prayer for the restoration of peace.
The sermon before communion was delivered by Archpriest Viktor Peregudov.
After the requiem prayer, the ruling bishop and co-serving clergy made a procession, consecration of a memorial sign in honor of the 850th anniversary of the memory of St. Euphrosyne of Polotsk, a prayer service before the beginning of any good deed for the participants of the plein air.
At the end of the service, Bishop Pavel congratulated the parishioners on Sunday and addressed words of edification.
Vladyka Pavel congratulated the communicants on receiving the Holy Mysteries of Christ and gave them all an archpastoral blessing.
