On January 9, 2024, the feast of the Nativity of Christ, the day of remembrance of the Apostle of the First Martyr and Archdeacon Stephen, Bishop Pavel of Molodechno and Stolbtsi held the Liturgy in the Church of the Intercession of the Most Holy Theotokos in Dzerzhinsk.
His Eminence was served by: the economist of the Molodechno diocese, Archpriest Vyacheslav Vabishevich, the rector of the temple, Archpriest Boris Poltorzhitsky, clerics of the Dzerzhinsky deanery.
During the service, the following prayed: Chairman of the Dzerzhinsky district Executive Committee Maxim Lysenko, Chairman of the Dzerzhinsky District Council of Deputies Alexander Sergeevich Chagan, director of the Dzerzhinsky House of Culture Tatyana Ivanovna Chagan.
The deacon’s rank was performed by Deacon Dmitry Yatsenko.
After the prayer the ruling bishop and the co-serving clergy glorified the feast of the Nativity of Christ.
At the end of the service, Bishop Paul addressed the words of edification.
Vladyka Pavel congratulated the communicants on receiving the Holy Mysteries of Christ and gave them all the archpastoral blessing.
